On the 6th of June, 2025, Eugene, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, at his residence, in his 98th year. Predeceased by his father Owen, mother Mary Ann, brothers Jimmy and Billy and his sisters Mary Jo, Tess, Lily and Angeline. Beloved husband of Margaret. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons Owen and Alan, daughter-in-law Marie, grandchildren Cora, Shane, Eugene, Alan, Robert, Ailbhe, Seán, Patrick and Erin, great-grandchildren Chloe, Kai, Jamie, Jack, Sadie, Alice, Amber, Nellie, Tom and Elayna, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing in Síoraíocht, within the grounds of The Church of The Assumption and Saint James, Claregalway (H91 YHO5), on Wednesday the 11th of June from 5pm. Removal at 7pm to the adjacent Church. Eugene’s Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday the 12th of June at 11am. Funeral afterwards to The New Cemetery, Bohermore.
