Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving family, Mike, Ailish (Smyth), Joe and Liam, sister in law Peggy (Nenagh), daughters-in-law Breda, Róisín and Kerrie, son-in-law Joe Smyth, her adored grandchildren Alannah (and partner Jonathan), Ciarán, Liam, Erin, Cáitlin, Liam, Jack and Aislinn, her great grandchildren Kye and Leighna, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and many friends especially Mar and Nessa who helped look after her so well. Mary Clare was predeceased by her parents Mary and Patrick and her brothers Michael, Willie, Eamon, Paddy and Sonny.

Reposing in Irwin's Funeral Home, Bóthar Irwin (H91 CK84), on Friday the 5th of January from 5pm. Removal at 6:30pm to The Abbey Church, St. Francis Street. Mary's Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday the 6th of January at 10:30am. Funeral afterwards to The New Cemetery Bohermore. The family appreciate the wonderful assistance given to Mary over the years by Western Alzheimer's Galway, Home Instead and Galway Hospice over the last few weeks.
