Predeceased by his family members Barbara, Padraig, Tommy and Martin. Peacefully at Galway Hospice after a long illness borne with great dignity and courage. Beloved husband of Anne-Marie. Will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, daughters Siobhan, Anna-Marie, Patricia and Sally, son Seán, stepdaughters Rachael and Catherine, stepson Jonathan, sister Mary (U.S.A.), brother Francis (Ballynahown), his 21 adoring grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing in Irwin's Funeral Home, Bóthar Irwin on Sunday, the 1st of January, from 5pm. Removal at 6:30pm to St. Columba's Church, Castlegar. John Joe's Requiem Mass will take place on Monday the 2nd of January at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Carrowbrowne Cemetery.
