On Saturday the 7th of February, 2026, Brian passed away suddenly at his home. Predeceased by his father Tommy. He will be sadly missed by his partner Lisa, daughter Lauryn, son Dylan, his mother Colette, brothers Martin, Tony, John, Mike and Jimmy, sisters Joan, Margaret, Colette, Annette and Elaine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Irwin’s Funeral Home, Bóthar Irwin, Galway (H91 CK84), on Wednesday the 11th of February from 5pm until 6:30pm. Funeral will arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Forster Street, Galway (H91 FP84) on Thursday the 12th of February for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Brian will then be laid to rest in The New Cemetery, Bohermore (H91 V97C).
