eacefully on the 4th of October, surrounded by her family. Devoted mother, wife, sister and aunt to Francesca and James, Harry and Helen, Andrew and Nat. Sadly missed by all of her friends, relatives and colleagues. Reposing in her home on Sunday, the 8th of October, from 4pm until 6pm. Funeral service will take place privately at the family's request. The family would like to thank all the staff at Galway University Hospital for all of their support and care for Anita, during her illness.
