The Bradley Family, Olive, Damien, Neil, Shauna, Averil, Gavin, Aislinn and Ciara, are saddened to announce the death of Conor, their special son, brother and uncle. Late of lower Canal Road, Galway and Bluebell House, John Paul Centre, Ballybane. Conor passed peacefully surrounded by his family and his devoted nurses and carers from Bluebell House, John Paul Centre.

Conor's funeral will take place privately.

The long and winding road has ended, Many times I've been alone and many times I've cried, Anyway you'll never know the many ways I've tried. Rest In Peace Conor.
