Predeceased by his son in law Jimmy Ward and adored grandson Thomas Ward, his parents Michael and Mary Jane Owens and by his sisters and brother. It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Tom in his 97th year, in the tender care of the staff of St Enda’s Ward U.G.H. Beloved husband of Ena (née Conway) and adored father of Caroline Owens and Eilish Ward. He will be sadly missed by his much loved grandchildren Aisling and Darragh Ward, his brothers Jimmy, Michael and Paul, Caroline’s partner David, his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended Owens and Conway family and his wide circle of neighbours and friends.

Reposing in The Holy Family Funeral Home Mervue, on Wednesday the 7th of May from 5pm. Private removal at 6:30pm to his home. Tom's Requiem Mass will take place in The Church of the Holy Family Mervue, on Thursday the 8th of May at 11am. Tom will then be laid to rest in Rinville Cemetery, Oranmore.
